If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange a return.
We will provide a postal address you need to return the item to and you will have another 7 days to physically return the order to us. We recommend using a tracked postage service and to hold onto your receipt until your returned funds have cleared. Eartha Underwear are not responsible for the cost to return or any returns parcels lost in transit.
- All items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
- Any items returned to us damaged will be sent back to you without a refund.
- We are unable to accept any return requests for ‘Sale’ items.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 working days of receiving the item back.
- We are only able to refund the refund amount back to the original purchase method.
