Shipping and Returns

Products are shipped within 7 days for ‘made to order’ items and within 1 day for ‘instock’ products, 

There are two shipping options available within the UK:

– Royal Mail second class SIGNED FOR £2.00 (free for orders over £50)

Once shipped, orders should arrive within 3-5 days via Royal Mail. 

Shipping options worldwide:

Once shipped, orders should arrive within 3 weeks for international delivery. 

International delivery is sent via Royal Mail tracked postage. Customers will be responsible for any custom and import duties and fees, taxes and any other additional charges.

For international delivery where orders are over £120, free delivery is available. All other conditions remain the same. 

Returns:

For hygiene reasons, pants and thongs are non-returnable unless faulty. 

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at emily@earthaunderwear.com within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange a return.​

We will provide a postal address you need to return the item to and you will have another 7 days to physically return the order to us. We recommend using a tracked postage service and to hold onto your receipt until your returned funds have cleared. Eartha Underwear are not responsible for the cost to return or any returns parcels lost in transit.​

• All returnable items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
• Any items returned to us damaged will be sent back to you without a refund.
• We are unable to accept any return requests for ‘Sale’ items.
• We are unable to accept any return requests for pants and thongs due to hygiene reasons. 
• Refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 working days of receiving the item back.
• We are only able to refund the refund amount back to the original purchase method.
